I ordered a rug 1/28. I spent over 1k and their website said 3-7 days for shipping and 3-7 days for handling. After 2 weeks of no product I reached out and they are staying due to production issues nothing ships until 2/25. This company is a poorly run scam. I want my ordered canceled and refunded. If they don’t refund me, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB
