I truly don’t know where to begin with this review. Dealing with this service overseas has been an absolute disaster. I feel compelled to share our experience publicly to prevent others from facing similar issues. Our wedding bands were severely damaged just two days after our wedding. Initially, there was no response to my partner's messages, so I took over and persistently pushed for a resolution. They offered to remake our rings for free under warranty, but only if we agreed to change the original design and refused to issue a refund. With no other options, we reluctantly agreed. Two months later, we faced the same issue with the new rings. They are completely ruined. This has tainted our wedding bands, and I think about it every time I see them. My partner designed my engagement ring with them, proposing in April 2024, and we were married in May 2025. My rose gold ring has now turned completely yellow gold. The service has stopped responding to my messages, and the representative has ceased all communication. Here are crucial points to consider before spending your hard-earned money: 1.) They will NOT honor the lifetime guarantee. This is a significant red flag. 2.) Extremely poor quality—evident in the pictures. 3.) Terrible customer service attitude. 4.) NIGHTMARE experience for any repairs that should be covered under warranty. 5.) AWFUL communication; they will ignore you.
