Great Product, Good Service

I received a board from the company, and the service has been excellent! It shipped from overseas quickly. The product is impressive, and I would recommend it, though I did encounter a minor issue with the remote not working upon arrival. Support sent a replacement at no cost, but it took a while since it had to come from overseas. Also, I faced unexpected import tax, which wasn't clearly indicated on the website. Overall, a great product and service, but I deducted a star for the remote replacement delay and tax notification.

Absolutely great product and service

The service was tremendously great, very thoughtful and kind company. Ive had my board now for a couple weeks and i haven't looked back since. The quality is great, rides very smooth. On top of that, the charge, speed, control everything about it is great for my first ever board. I wouldn't buy from anyone else again.

Tynee has really been helpful

I had a great experience with this company. I actually got my board second hand and i needed a new remote so i ordered it fron tynee. I was contacted by the owner of the company when i needed help setting it up and he helped walk me thru the simple process of starting the self programming mode on my board. It works great .
