Fined while charging my vehicle

I was fined while charging my vehicle in one of their parking facilities. Is there a requirement to pay or register when adding fuel to a car? It's absurd. When I tried to appeal, they didn't provide me with an appeal form, and contacting this company was impossible. It feels very close to being fraudulent.

Awful service

Awful service. There’s no contact number or email for assistance. All links on their site lead directly to the payment page. They use aggressive tactics to extract money.

Unethical practices

What a dreadful company. A family member visited a health center and parked in their car park, entering the registration at the desk, yet still received a fine from these dishonest people. The only way to contact them is through an online form, which is challenging for older individuals. The form requires supporting evidence without any guidance on what that should be, and there’s no one to ask! Companies like this exploit the vulnerable. They know exactly what they're doing, and it's shameful!

I received a £100 fine for parking in a shop car park while I was a customer. I tried to appeal, but the submission wouldn’t go through on their website. There’s no other way to communicate with them.

Frustrating experience with no support

Frustrated and upset due to the lack of support. Even after appealing a year ago, I’m still receiving threatening letters. I provided all receipts, but my appeal was ignored. There’s no email or phone number to reach them. How are we supposed to communicate?

Ignoring evidence provided

They completely disregard any evidence you submit. This company seems to be a scam, working with another entity to take your money. I paid for parking, but they insisted I overstayed. Even after proving I paid, they ignored it as did the appeal service.

Misleading parking charges

This company has recently started charging in a car park where I’ve parked for years without issue. There’s no barrier, and the signage is minimal and unclear. I appealed the fine with no confirmation of receipt, no contact number, and after 36 days received a response without the attachment. After six weeks, my appeal was rejected. This is utterly embarrassing for anyone associated with such a disorganized company.

Parking issue leading to legal action

I parked at a hotel and paid for two hours but received a ticket. I attempted to appeal, but it was unsuccessful. Ignoring their aggressive letters resulted in a CCJ on my file. I have filed a court appeal to have it removed and now have a hearing date. I will provide further feedback after that.

Disappointed with appeal handling

I’m extremely disappointed with how my appeal was managed. I explained I was delivering to a block of flats, and parking was only available in their car park. Yet, my appeal was dismissed with a generic response, ignoring my situation. Their policies lack flexibility for essential access. The letter was filled with threats of higher charges and legal action instead of any fair consideration. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
