My Tynee Ultra is very fun to ride around, but I wanted to write a review about their customer service. The remote that came with my board stopped working, but after DMing them on Instagram, they helped me find the issue, and sent me a new remote very quickly. This is honestly one of the best customer experiences I've had, as they responded very quickly, and were very nice and understanding to my situation. If your looking for a good board with a good price, and good customer service, choose Tynee!
I'm loving my Tynee Mini 3. I have had it for a few months. Lots of fun on it. I like the company replies to emails quickly.Defects I found in the board are sort of minor but hope the company can improve them. The mounting bolts started rusting soon after I started using it. The very bottom back of the board is not protected enough, when doing a board pickup it gets damaged easily. Carrying the board in your arms is hard and uncomfortable, a handle would be useful. The remote is great, but if on, you can accidentally trigger the throttle easily when you put the remote in your pocket.
