My main issue was the recent price jump from €55 to €70/month, which felt excessive for a usage of 30 forms.I reached out to express my disappointment, and I’m glad to say the team listened. They applied a 50% discount for the next 3 months to bridge the gap.While I still think the new standard pricing is quite high for small structures/low-volume users, I really appreciate the gesture of goodwill. It shows they actually care about customer retention and aren't just running on autopilot.I’ll be staying for now. If you're looking for the most polished form builder on the market, this is it—just be prepared to discuss your plan with them if the pricing doesn't match your volume.
