I lost because of you 848$ on ad spend and their return because of a stupid thing you did to the embedding with WordPress and it's not working anymore.Your employee yesterday Ylli tried to be "Smart" and tell me about the HTML, Body, and Head code.I told him that it had been working for months, and tried to explain to me that he didn't know what happened.I am following your embedding guidance, and I didn't make any edits to the different embedding.This is ridiculous, and he told me if it's working on Wix, and I don't know what other, then the problem is not from our side.Do I care if it's working on Wix? Of course not. because my website is not Wix.I even showed him that the WordPress team is facing the same problem when following your embedding instructions.I lost money, return, and probably a big client for my agency because of you.You are the worst form of software I've seen with ridiculous support that tries to look smart instead of being cooperative and supportive.
