I had a couple of positive experiences, but now they only sent part of my order and the customer support is unresponsive. I'm at a loss of about £33, and my young daughter is without crucial medical supplies that I can't afford to replace at a higher cost. They also fail to provide an order summary or receipt, which raises concerns. I will definitely avoid them moving forward.
