They last the full 15 days, and shipping is usually reasonable; I typically receive them within 3-5 days, although there was one time it took 10 days. When there was a delay, their support team was very helpful and resent the order without issue. The new packaging is a significant improvement too.

I've asked for a refund four times, and now I'm two days from a birthday with no gift or money to buy one! They refuse to respond. I consider this place a scam and will not shop here again.
I strongly advise caution with this seller. I placed an order and never received it. The support team keeps telling me to 'wait,' without providing any real assistance. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work, making the entire situation feel suspicious. At this point, it feels like a scam. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
