I placed an order on October 1st, and by the 10th, I sent an email to support since the tracking wasn't working and I still hadn't received my order. After 10 days without a response, I emailed again, and the reply was frustrating—just telling me to stop emailing as it delays their response. I've asked for a refund four times, and now I'm two days from a birthday with no gift or money to buy one! They refuse to respond. I consider this place a scam and will not shop here again.
