I had a few positive experiences with them, but they only delivered part of my order this time, and the customer service is unresponsive. I'm out about £33, and my young daughter is without essential medical supplies that I can't afford to replace at a higher cost. They also do not provide an order summary or receipt, which is concerning. I will definitely avoid them in the future.
