From regular buyer (3 orders as i bulk buy my stickers), to ''won't use again''. Items not received, apparently dispatched on the 13th. Contacted them to chase this up and they replied to the first email after 48hrs, and i've not heard anything since. Claiming that being a small team means answering contact from customers takes longer is nonsense. We're a small family business and reply to our customers within 2 hours at most. It's very frustrating as a customer to make a choice to ''shop small'' and support a growing company and be stuck in this situation. A good measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong, in this case i'm sorry to say they've responded terribly. Unfortunately they've lost themselves a customer. If not resolved by the end of today i feel i have no choice but to speak to my bank for a refund. I now feel a fool for recommending this company to my diabetic family and friends.I should also add, if you do choose to use them, keep an eye on your shopping cart as it automatically adds a ''priority'' charge. No matter how many times you remove it, it readds itself.
