Their products are a 5-star for me. However, logistics and customer service are abysmal. I’m writing a review here out of desperation to hear from Typology. I purchased items on June 4, and there has been no progress/movement on the shipment status since then. It is June 15 today as I write this, and the order status still says “Ready for pick up”. I sent a DM on Instagram and did not receive a response. I just wrote a comment on one of the IG posts to see if I’ll get a response. Shipment should not take this long from Paris to Singapore. Lack of communication and poor logistics are usually overlooked by start-ups that suddenly scale and gain success.
