I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I spent over $200+ on products I was genuinely excited to receive, but my package was delivered to the wrong address. The tracking information clearly shows delivery to a different location, which I can verify through the carrier tracking number.
Instead of immediately resolving the issue or filing a claim with the carrier, I was asked to provide a copy of my personal ID in order to receive either a refund or a replacement. I find this request inappropriate and unnecessary, especially considering that this is a delivery error - not an identity issue.
As a customer in the United States, I understand that consumer protection standards require the merchant to ensure proper delivery. When a package is delivered to the wrong address, it is considered “not received,” and the responsibility lies with the seller, not the buyer.
Having to prove my identity for a package that was misdelivered - despite clear tracking evidence - feels excessive and frankly disappointing. I have never experienced anything like this before.
I sincerely hope this situation will be resolved properly and professionally.

Typology products have literally changed my life! They actually work with noticeable results in 3-10 days. Consistency is key… I’ve been using typology products for 5 months now and experienced day and night differences. Family and friends have noticed differences to the point of asking about what I am using. Typology products are a bit pricey, however if you get the membership and actually commit to using the products, it makes sense due to the results. I’ve tried dozens of skin care products over the years and typology is by far the best!
I absolutely am in love with typology so far! I have had insane peeling on my fingers and have tried hundreds of hand creams etc and nothing worked. Then I tried typology repairing cica balm and the lipid replenishing balm and wow. It’s been less than a week and it’s almost completely healed. Was so happy with it placed another order already to try more products!!My only complaint is that it takes a little time to get the products.
I love their tinted serum and have bought it a few times. The last one I bought was unfortunately stuck in the sorting center of the Danish post office for a month. When I contacted Typology, they straight away send me a new one with no extra cost. Francia from customer service was really nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend 😊
