The product in general is good however, the No Refund or Exchange policy is No good. I recently ordered the tinted serum (and many other products) in shade 3 based on all other tints and foundations I have bought in the past. No worries I thought, I’ll just order another shade lighter and get a refund or exchange? Looked up your policy and was really disappointed. I’ve been in the beauty business for 25 years and I’ve never come across a company with a NO REFUND POLICY???? Do I have this wrong? I have bought quite a few of your products already but I hesitate in ordering more. Shame on you!
