I've been desperately trying to return 2 items I just bought.The customer service: you cannot call them, and I kept on being said to resubmit my request online. The issue: I don't receive the email with the free return label. I live in the US. Now I'm told the label will be send my email by USPS? That it is found on the 'customer area' online?? I resubmitted the request, still no label. 30+ email exchanges these last 10 days, now 14days+ since order placed. I WANT to return and get REFUNDED!!
