I ordered on the 31/07/2025, and its been 5 days since then that it hasn't been shipped. So I thought I'd reach out to Typology customer service and ask regarding the delay. Someone reached out saying it hasn't been processed on their end. I've sent them 2 screenshots of the invoice and order payment being successful and still haven't heard back, and I'm travelling from this weekend
