Placed an order on their website, selected 'mobile fitting' option and received order confirmation. Fast forward to the end of the next day (1 1/2 days until fitting booked), I received an email stating that they can't offer mobile fitting for my address!!! Yep, the same address entered and accepted when ordering. I phoned the helpline to try and rearrange fitting at one of their fitting centres, to be told 'I'll have to pass this to another department and they'll be in touch'!!! Farcical!!!!!
