Ordered tyres a week in advance of appointment to have them fitted, email and text two days before due to be fitted saying tyres out of stock and they had changed the fitting date without even asking me.Order cancelled guy on phone said I’d receive an email to confirm cancellation and a full refund.Not even received an email as of yet.Update: Received email saying request for refund sent to there accounts department which takes 2 working days to authorise then expect a wait of 10 days for a refund.Try Harder, worst company.
