I ordered some good tyres, but in 2 days I got a confirmation email where the tyres were different from what I ordered. No questions asked and no notification sent. I just happened to notice the difference because I read the bill. The amount was the same on the bill, and same Continental brand, however the tyres had way worse characteristics (original AAA, replaced with BBB) and more importantly the price of replacement tyres was even cheaper on the website (£148.99 vs £121.99). It means I would pay more but will get cheaper tyres. Nice. It took me an hour (59 minutes to be precise) of holding a line on their customer support line to cancel the order. Still waiting for the refund (8 days since).
