Guy turned up today to fit two new tyres, after an hour said the tyre he'd been given had been 'squished' so he could only fit one tyre, suggested i'd need to take the tyre into a depot (20 miles away!) The guy was a nice chap and it wasn't his fault but not ideal at all. Now to add insult to injury!!! They have refunded me but now charged me for mobile fitting when it was free before, what a total bunch of jokers. In essence they send a defective tyre that can't be fitted then are looking to charge me an extra £25 because they can only fit one tyre which is entirely their fault.I would steer clear they don't know what they are doingUPDATE - Chantelle has responded claiming she has reached out to me (she hasn't!) then asking for my email address and contact details - which shows they haven't reached out to me?Given that you can't reply to responses on Trustpilot can I ask that Chantelle gives me a contact to send my details to or otherwise this is just a sham of a response?
