I got as far as the payment section but couldn't pay as it insisted on a numberplate. I am from the Isle of Man and your app doesn't recognise our numberplate and won't let you pay without one. I rang your customer services number to try to sort this out, went through the menu and as suggested waited to be connected to someone only for thenline to be hung up after about 30 seconds. It did this twice. in the end I entered a random numberplate from a car parked outside just so I could place the order.
