I ordered 3 tyres from tyre shopper on the 1st sept. I requested they be sent to my local garage on the 6th sept at 10.30. Order was confirmed online. And emails sent to confirm. On the 6th I turned up at my local garage to get them fitted. 30 mins after leaving my car I got a phone call to tell me tyre shopper hadn’t delivered my tyres. And I was asked to go back to the garage to pick my car up. The garage told me they would try track my tyres down. No offer from the garage of any alternative. I had no email or phone call from Tyre shopper to make me aware the order couldn’t be met. Which I find really poor service. A quick phone call to make me aware surely not to much to ask. When I got home I phoned them to ask themwhere my tyres were. And they said they didn’t know. So I requested a refund on the 6th sept. I was told the refund would be back in my account in 3-5 days. Today on the 12th the refund was still not in my bank. So again I had to contact them to chase. I have now been refunded. But the service was shocking. There was no apology and I would not use them again. I ve also got 3 tyres 200 pounds cheaper. So I believe they are over priced too.
