I booked my car in for two new tyres and tracking to be carried out. Arrived at the fitting centre in Macclesfield at correct time and told would take about one hour. As it was a nice day I waited adjacent to the centre as I had other things to do today and wanted to pick it up as soon as ready.The tyre fitter saw me when completed the work and told me I could take the car. I queried that the tracking had not been done and was advised the machine was inoperative and would have to bring back at a later date.I have issues relating to this.1) Being told the car was done and nobly being advised after I asked relating to the tracking. If I had not queried it I would have driven off none the wiser.2) If I had not waited then I would have assumed on my return that all the work had been carried out and again none the wiser and paid for something that was not provided.I have received an electronic receipt which states tracking completed.I paid for this work online before attending the tyre centre so currently out of pocket. Contacted This company but still waiting comment or refund.Very poor service and response times and will certainly think twice about using this Company again
