I Left a review regarding the terrible service I received from the mobile fitting service. In response I received the following reply via Trustpilot;Hello,We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about the experience you had, and we would like to apologise for this.We would always like to make things right and we hope you will allow us to speak with you to discuss things further.So we can get this resolved, please can you get in touch with us, ensuring you include all relevant details including your booking reference?We hope to hear back from you soon. Thanks - Ruth 🛴So I thought I would give Tyre Shopper the opportunity to rectify the situation and followed the link provided.The link takes you to an automated chat that did not helpI then called a number supplied which was wrongI then called a number that was correct and was told I had to make a complaint and that tyre shopper would be in contact within 48 hrs with a resolution.It is now 6 days since making the complaint with absolutely no contact Total waste of time. Empty offers of apology with false offers of resolving problems. Clearly the responses from tyre shopper within public forums are purely superficial with no real concern for customer satisfaction or rectifying problems.Tyre Shopper needs to drastically improve in many areas, integrity being the top of that list
