AVOID AVOID AVOID.Have used tyre shopper multiple times over a good few years for tyres for mine,my wife's and sons cars and have previously received excellent prices and customer service up until last appointment today. Was booked in for 12 to have 2 new tyres fitted at national tyres in Washington. Arrived 15 mins early as requested to find garage boarded up and not trading. After asking around tuns out they have joined forces with halfords which were luckily close by. Arrived at reception to get tyres done to be told it wasn't a booking time but drop off time and 3 cars were infront of mine. Asked how long it would be to be told again 3 cars in front of me after asking again was told could be 2 or 3 hours. Man serving me was very unhelpful and had an attitude as if he was doing me a favour.Said I could cancel and be refunded straight away which i agreed to. Came home checked bank no refund I then spent next hour and a half trying to get through to customer service number and emailing to be kept getting bounced back to a halfords site eventually got through to a very noisy call centre after being on hold for ages eventually got a refund processed which will take approx 7 working days to be returned. Absolutely appalling customer services from start to finish and won't ever use again.On the plus side I have found same 2 tyres 30 quid cheaper at costco.
