With reference to Order 8684063. No complaints about the fitting of the tyres. However the mobile fitter from the National Luton branch drove his van off the edge of our drive and into next doors garden damaging a newly replaced retaining wall. To be fair to the fitter he called his boss immediately and his boss was very apologetic and offered to refund in full the price of my tyres which I accepted expecting this to go through in a day or two. However over a week and no refund, if you use any of the customer contact email addresses on the booking confirmation or website you get a reply from Halfords saying they are no longer in use. This is shocking customer Service to advertise contact details that you know won't go anywhere, I'm surprised at Halfords for this. Anyway I'm still awaiting my refund and the whole episode is on CCTV so I will find a way to contact you.
