I’ve used Tyre Shopper in the past and have been fairly happy with the service but not this time! Ordered and paid for four tyres to be fitted at my home. The order and date were confirmed via email. The day before the fitting, I was informed via email that there were no mobile fitters available so the fitting was cancelled, with an invitation to call and reschedule. Made a new appointment over the phone but the mobile fitting service was no longer an option, so I arranged an appointment to take the car to their fitters. An hour later, another email cancelling that appointment AND the order with a refund taking up to 10 days.Fairly poor service.
