I ordered tyres to be fitted today and that was confirmed and also received a text today to say they should be around between 8-12, and that i will receive a call prior to their arrival, no one arrived, no one call/send a message to say that they will be late of if they are still coming. Called their customer service, first call , the line was dropped afyter wating for several minutes, called again and finally someone answered. He was very appologitic but that does not mean anything to me, Ive already waisted the whole of my morning and by the looks of it the whoel of the afternoon.He rang the Hub to find out what is happening and he was told by the hub person that they have nothing to do with iot and that national tyres should be in touch to conform the order and the instalation. I reitterated to the operator that i received several mesages and email to confirm the order and the instalation, he said they can do anything about it because there system is diffirent eventhough they are one company.I am still waiting for the call from National tyres!!!
