Booked in at National tyres for 11 o'clock and arrived 15 mins early, to be told there was a 90 minutes wait. I was told the app allows 7people to book in at the same time. I complained that the Kwik Fit app wouldn't do that, and resigned myself to a long wait. In the event, I got a call 40 mins later that it was ready. I wonder if this was because I complained?
