Absolutely disgusting and appalling customer service. Brought a tyre with warranty which states they will replace the tyre if it is unfixable. After getting a puncture, someone by the name of Tongnan refused my claim and not stated why, and after back and forth they have also stated the tyre does not match the one they ordered to me even though it’s the exact same tyre!! They do not have a clue and do no research to avoid upholding their warranty.
There is no escalation procedure to a manager and they think they can say what they want whilst calling me a liar stating the tyre branding doesn’t match what they sent so it’s not the same tyre! A 5 minute google search shows it being the exact same tyre though it does not explicitly show the same name as it goes under many sub-branded names within the company who makes them. Even sending the evidence from the official tyre website, they still refused it whilst accusing me of lying. Now I have a car with a unfixable flat tyre which they refuse to replace and I am fighting for. I am reporting them to the motor ombudsman and trading standards. What a joke of a company, stay far far away!!!
