Charged for items not supplied and misleading stock info

The website indicated that the tyres I ordered were in stock. After placing my order and being charged, I was informed they were out of stock and received a 'credit note.' The same tyres still appear as available on the website. Update: They have now charged my credit card, which means I will incur interest, instead of just holding the pre-approval until they confirmed availability. The tyres confirmed as out of stock are still listed as in stock. Terrible service that has cost me money due to their mistakes.

Everything was fine until the logistics phase began with the company handling my tyre delivery to a local fitter. The tracking information was poor, with no updates, and I had to visit the delivery location to locate my tyres. This was not what I expected! The service was unaware of the delivery issues as they did not receive a proof of delivery.
