The website indicated that the tyres I ordered were in stock. After placing my order and being charged, I was informed they were out of stock and received a 'credit note.' The same tyres still appear as available on the website. Update: They have now charged my credit card, which means I will incur interest, instead of just holding the pre-approval until they confirmed availability. The tyres confirmed as out of stock are still listed as in stock. Terrible service that has cost me money due to their mistakes.
