I bought one tyre on dt.25.12.2021 tyre size 215/60R17 Serial No.4WERCLA Dot Code-4WERCLA3021 Pattern- HP SPORT tyre only 60 km run my car and got suddenly cut in the centre and I claim to Bridgestone but my claim was rejected. This tyre very costly cost Rs.10400 and on other brands on tyre warranty claim very good. but here in Bridgestone have no warranty. so in future I never buy this tyre for my car and other vehicle also because of poor service. my claim rejected by Engineer Name Abhinav Singh mobile no.+919560553379 and inspection dt.22-01-2022. Engineer said that " If i raise your issue higher authorities are on leave due to covid -19" being this reason my claim rejected and This person talk rudely to me. this made me bad impression and poor service regarding Bridgestone. I bought this tyre from United Enterprises, Bareilly Uttarpradesh. while buying this tyre they told me everything about warranty given by Bridgestone on cut or manufacture fault and you will get tyre change or some claim given by Bridgestone company. but all this all this is fake and false telling by these sellers reputation of Bridgestone down by such people who are working in this organisation. my tyre inspection report send by SS wheels bareilly Sri Abhinav Engineer. So, now i never buy Bridgestone tyres for my car or other vehicles also in future. I go for other brands. very bad poor service by Bridgestone company in India here. Okay I read your reply ..Now please tell me ..this not issue between customer and seller..authorize dealer have done there part of duty ..now company has to decide about warranty given to customer or not ..as on my part I have already mentioned about all what is happening about tyre above ..company should take appropriate decisions on claim issues. People are facing problems and between im one of them who is facing problem .. this is all trust between customer and company. For company this is very small issues ..company can give claims to customers to maintain trust between customers. I'm not irritated on this or frustrated. I'm raising my problems and raising problem is right thing for wanting justice for my purpose. Thanks
