These people have no idea about tyres. Their entire website has misleading product listing and details. They even do not understand anything about the supply chain channels and keep giving excuses in the name of delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Couldn't give a zero rating, Tyre booked on 30 Nov, had to call them twice to know the update, but std reply that you will get despatch details by mail only when I asked them to cancel somebody else called to say my Yokohama tyres were not available and could we give a different Tyre, I have asked the to cancel my order and effect the refund - don't know when I will receive the credit. Better to look elsewhere even at a higher price.
Poor service. I initially purchased from here because the tyre I wanted was available here. After 4 days they called me to tell that tyre is not available and to go with a different brand. Its been than a week since and I have no update on my order. Please avoid them.
Very bad experience with Tyremarket..First order is delayed, as they sent it with DTDC but from Bangalore to Ahmedabad, and it took 9 days to reach.Secondly, DTDC wasn't responding, and no update was recieved from Tyremarket to track the shipment status.Thirdly, fitting was promised, then after delivery the stance changed to fitting can be done but at extra cost.When we asked to cancel and take return, due to false and half information, they started saying it will cost us 12% and all this is company policy.In Ahmedabad/ Gujarat and metro cities tyres are instantly purchased, and installation fee is included in the price.Avoid buying from Cheaters.
I ordered 2 tyres despite reading the reviews on trust pilot and it was a mistake. Please do not accept orders you cannot fulfill. Informing me five days later that the tyre I ordered is unavailable, and then asking me to pay extra for a different one, is completely unreasonable.
