Ordered 1 month ago and still no tyres. Similar experience to other reviewers with no clear picture of where the tyres are between DPD and Tyre Guru. They appear UK based and state delivery usually with 2-4 days which is completely misleading. Lack of communication, not replying to emails etc. Phoned and got stuck in a queue, selected call back but not received. Hung on another day, they said they would send me an update which then never arrived.I suspect some of the issue is DPD however Tyre Guru should be managing this relationship and keeping the customer updated.Wish I paid by Credit Card instead of PayPal as now going though a PayPal claim. Also a lesson not to use PayPal as your consumer protection is less then what you get paying by Credit Card.Just a warning they operate a few other Tyre sites in addition to Tyru Guru but essentially are the same company.
