Ordred 4 winter tyres that were showing in stock .Stated delivery was 4 days,Got order confirmation within 2 days but no firm date only info saying I would receive an e mail when shipping.It is now 15 days later and no tyres despite 5 phone calls and 5 e mails.Promised on 2 occasions that a manager would call be but nothing.Was told that there were 82 tyres in stock in European warehouse but they had despatch problems would be a 4 /5 day delay...now 3 times that .Will now ask for a refund. Am contacting Trading standards re this.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
