Extremely frustrated with this service. I ordered 4 tyres, but only received 3 after a month of waiting. They claim a refund has been issued, but I haven't seen anything. Three tyres are useless to me; I need all four. I attempted to reach out via instant chat, but it was automated. They initially responded, then stated the office was closed, despite me contacting them well before their stated hours. I strongly advise staying away from this service; it's a complete letdown that takes your money without delivering the correct items.
