Since most of my payment was for express delivery, and after nine days I still hadn't received my item, I reached out for an update. They advised me to wait to see how long delivery would take. The product eventually arrived, though it didn't fit well—not their fault, so I kept it as it was still suitable for my needs. I was impressed with their prompt refund of the express shipping cost, as it didn't arrive in the expected timeframe, and they were very apologetic. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
