After checking reviews suggesting to upsize, we chose a larger size, but it ended up being excessively big. It hasn't been worn, and we still have the original packaging. We contacted the support team on the day we received it, but they are not accommodating an exchange for a different size. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from this seller.
They draw you in with a very low initial price, but then you face shipping fees exceeding hundreds of dollars (over $600) for a package within the country, along with an administrative charge of more than $100. Complete waste of time!
Since most of my payment was for express delivery, and after nine days I still hadn't received my item, I reached out for an update. They advised me to wait to see how long delivery would take. The product eventually arrived, though it didn't fit well—not their fault, so I kept it as it was still suitable for my needs. I was impressed with their prompt refund of the express shipping cost, as it didn't arrive in the expected timeframe, and they were very apologetic. Excellent customer service. Thank you. I will review the product separately.
