This makes Sharaf DG an extremely poor choice for value-conscious customers.Additionally, the aggressive sales tactics are unacceptable. Certain employees prioritize forcing a sale over genuinely helping customers. For example, I was pressured into buying an Honor phone despite wanting a Motorola. The salesperson misrepresented the Honor’s specs while deliberately steering me away from my original choice. It felt less like an informed purchase and more like manipulation.While there are some helpful employees, the store’s overarching approach prioritizes profit over integrity. If management truly cares about its reputation, serious changes need to be made—starting with honesty, quality control, and fair pricing.Would I recommend shopping here? Absolutely not.
