I submitted my iPhone 15 for repair on 26 September, confident it was still under warranty. However, six days later, I was informed the issue wasn’t covered under warranty—even though the device is less than a year old. I immediately requested to cancel the repair and collect my phone.It has now been 10 days since I submitted my phone, and it remains stuck at their service center with vague updates and no clear communication. When I call to follow up, I’m kept on hold for over 10 minutes—even though they promise just 2—and all I get are repetitive, vague responses stating the repair is “under process” or “work in progress.” I was also told the unit is with the Apple center, yet this has been the same update for the past four days. No one provides a firm date or takes responsibility.This level of service is unacceptable from a company that claims to be professional and customer-focused. The delay clearly stems from a lack of coordination and accountability. If their team had properly liaised with the Apple service center, this issue would have been resolved days ago.I expected much better and will definitely think twice before trusting Sharaf DG again.I’m giving 1 star—not because they deserve it, but simply so I can proceed with submitting this review.
