I preordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max well before its launch date on September 13, 2025, with a promised delivery date of September 19, 2025. Prebooking was supposed to ensure delivery on launch day, but two weeks later, I still haven't received my phone. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to provide any delivery date and stated that prebooking does not guarantee timely delivery. They were unhelpful and dismissed my concerns, even when I mentioned the possibility of filing a complaint with the Department of Economic Development or pursuing legal action.I interacted with an employee named Priyanshu during this process on chat. Based on my experience, I would advise against using this company for prebooking orders, as they seem to block your funds and offer no support. The customer service has been extremely disappointing.
