The company has refused to provide a refund and is instead pushing for a replacement, even though I have explicitly stated that I do not want one.Their customer service via WhatsApp is automated and unhelpful. It's a never-ending loop of generic responses and an inability to connect with a real person who can solve the problem. I have spent countless hours in a chat with an agent who is unable to process a simple refund.This is a clear violation of customer rights. It is shocking that a major retailer would operate with such a disregard for its customers.
