If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ll never buy from them again.I bought a laptop on 3june but it was faulty they collect it and gave me lollipop on the name of service center, and than I received it on 29 th june but again same issue,they told me we’ll try to fix it again and than on 16th july they returned to me with the statement of No Issue found But the trouble which I was facing in the laptop is still the same and the staff is constantly insisting on their blind policy that its not now in refund or replace days so we cannot accommodate you.Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior,because first time when i visit after buying those days was in the 7days limit but they misguided me and waste all days on the name of service center.Hopefully ll never try to buy anything from shar DG again.Now for me this laptop is completely usless.
