I purchased a laptop on October 12, 2025, as a gift for my cousin in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, he cannot use it due to a hardware issue; the cooling fan runs continuously even when it's off, and it shuts down randomly. I can't bring it back to the original location now. I need a solution for this problem. I've called multiple times but received no genuine response. I'm really frustrated because I trusted the seller, and now I feel helpless.
