There’s no room for dialogue; you’re just expected to comply with whatever they throw at you. This entire ordeal is orchestrated by the customer service center, and it is evident they aim to make things difficult. I had to escalate the issue to authorities to get my money back after five long months. This reflects the lack of accountability in the system. If this is what home is like, I’d rather stay away.
