For over 8 months I have not been able to get into my joint account, despite providing all of the paperwork the bank has requested. Despite doing multiple video verifications. UBA bank service it appears to being unbeliveable poor for those who reside in Nigeria, so I shouldn't be shocked at how bad it is for those of us who live abroad. I urge anyone reading this who is considering to become a customer of UBA to avoid them. The customer service team do not care to rectify any issues customers are facing. I find it incredibly sad that the management of UBA bank allow their staff and overall company to fail their customers, time and time again.
