The most unprofessional banking staff that I have met in my life. If I could rate this lower than 1 star, I would do this in a heartbeat. For over four months, I have been trying to open a business account at the Ndjili branch of UBA RDC. Despite following all the procedures and depositing the required funds since June/July 2024, I have been given nothing but excuses and delays. The staff refuses to provide any clear communication or updates. I have repeatedly requested to meet with the branch manager or obtain their email address, but the staff categorically refuses to provide this information. Additionally, the agent supposedly in charge, known only as "Ibrahim," is shielded by the team, who refuse to share his full name or take accountability for the constant runaround. Just today, I was called in again, asked to wait the entire day, only to leave with no resolution or meaningful explanation. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers, especially entrepreneurs who rely on professional service to manage their businesses. I expected much better from a bank of UBA's stature, but this experience has been a complete disappointment. If you value your time, avoid this bank at all costs. Update : I reached out to the management of the bank, the problem was solved within 2 hrs.
