First of all i like to commend "UberEats" for thinking their employees are following all rules and the company for having a way that is easy to contact customer service, which tells me they came or got an idea but not to concern with the legality of the business as long as they are getting paid , oh forget about how much money that customer just lost or we just deliver. Now , keep in mind that these delivery people are the ones that goes into these stores to get the items on your list, but if that does not have a suggest box that if they do not have what your original order is then that delivery person is going to assume that it is okay to substitute ( The delivery company might gave that idea). So remember before using "Ubereats" that you read all there reviews before making your selection & if you still choose them and things go wrong or they forgot something you will be charged anyway and you choose them!
i say that because i went through "Ubereats" to order some food items from Albertson grocery store & i did not receive my entire order because the driver could not find them or the store was out, the point is they are quick to take your money and No i did not receive a refund, they(ubereats) told me to take it up with "Albertson". So i was charged for my order but was not giving back the portion that was not used and i think that these companies are not be allow to get paid until after the sell is complete-Here in Texas
